Shipping policy

For US orders:
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days, and you can expect delivery to be completed within 2–4 business days after dispatch.

For UK, Europe, and Asia orders:
Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Delivery typically takes 7–12 business days after dispatch.

We sincerely apologize for the longer wait times for international orders. This is primarily because we do not yet have local warehouses outside the US and China. We are still in the process of evaluating demand in each region to determine where to establish fulfillment centers. Once we confirm the demand and open local warehouses, shipping times will be significantly reduced.
